Forest Investment Associates’ goal is to
give its clients the service and information they want in a timely
manner and orderly format. FIA strives to make their clients’
administrative job as easy as possible by responding to each client
request with accurate information tailored to their specific needs.
Clients receive quarterly financial statements that include current
market value, a summary of revenues and expenses, and a statement of
book value and capital transactions. In addition, FIA maintains a wide
range of financial information on each client’s timberland investment
account. This includes acquisition summaries, property tax reports,
composite portfolio performance, property budgets, and detailed
financial transaction ledgers. FIA’s custom designed accounting and
valuation system, PowerTree, ensures that this
FIA staff is available at any time for account review meetings with clients, and encourages clients to participate in field tours of their property and local forest products mills. FIA encourages clients to be well informed about investment management activities conducted on their behalf. Frequent and clear communication with clients ensures a quality of service that meets their expectations. |
