Brunna Fachini Bragaglia
Brunna Fachini Bragaglia
Brunna Fachini Bragaglia joined FIA in 2025 as an Investment Manager for Latin America, serving on the International Investment Team. In this role, she supports FIA’s growing investment program in sustainable forestry and nature-based solutions—primarily in Brazil, but also across other Latin American countries—by leading both current and new investments. Brunna focuses on identifying opportunities in a range of forestry-based projects, including timber plantations, greenfield developments, ecological restoration, conservation, and avoided deforestation.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining FIA, Brunna was a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at B3 (the Brazilian Stock Exchange), where she was responsible for developing the company’s annual budget, analyzing financial results, and conducting impairment tests on acquired companies. Before her role at B3, Brunna served as an M&A and Forest Investment Manager at Klabin, where she led the acquisition of companies and forestry assets (including land and biological assets) and raised equity capital to support these transactions. Earlier in her career, Brunna worked in the Valuation department at EY, where she performed business valuations using discounted cash flow methodology and comparable multiples analysis.
What is your business philosophy?
I believe in an ethical relationship between the organization and clients, clear communication and integrity to provide environmental solutions for the world.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I chose this career path because I believe that investments in Timberland provides portfolio diversification and stability, low volatility, provides fibers for production of humanity basic needs and capture carbon.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
The best lessons I’ve learned during my career was to understand the needs of the client and the organizations to reach to a common sense, to be honest and transparent and also to work beyond the expectations.
