Julia Cooper is the Bookkeeper and Administrative Coordinator for Broad Arrow Timber Company II and Broad Arrow Timber Company III. The Broad Arrow companies are subsidiary companies, owned by our clients, charged with the harvesting and delivery of timber products to various facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. Julia started at FIA in 2025.
Previous Experience
Prior to Julia becoming part of FIA, she was the Commercial Account Specialist at TruGreen Lawncare for 6 years, where she managed a large book of client contracts, managed financial reporting and all accounting needs for the company. After her role at TruGreen she went on to be the Office Manager at Cintas. She was responsible for managing all accounting, both payable and receivable, audit, inventory and customer contracts. She has been involved in accounting for 13 years.

Why did you choose this field / career path?
I was looking for a forever career, something I could dive myself into and grow as an individual but also as a leader.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
Effective communication, having strong communication skills with effective written and verbal communication along with the ability to listen to others provides a deeper understanding of needs of the business and clients.
