Maya joined FIA as an Administrative Coordinator in 2024. She works with the Investment Management Team in the Atlanta office handling day-to-day administrative tasks as well as timber sale and revenue processing in all regions.
Previous Experience
Maya came to FIA from a private label food manufacturer in the Northeast. As a Production Planner and Scheduler, she perfected the art of wearing many hats and thrived in her vital position within the organization. Prior to that, she worked in the insurance industry assisting individuals with claims.

Our best work comes from working together.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I enjoy working with others, staying busy, and learning. As an Administrative Coordinator, I am able to work with our team, both internal and external, to accomplish a wide variety of tasks while learning new information every day.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
You must make mistakes to learn and grown. Success always comes after failure.
